“Servicehero” (Company Employee)

Usage by an Employee who receives a rating from a Consumer End-User and uses the Servicelovers mobile app(s) to manage ratings.

  • Register a Servicelovers profile
  • Use the Servicelovers app/web dashboard
  • Use or view website (cookies)
  • Rated by customers via app or web

Collected info includes: name, email/Facebook ID, username, password, profile picture, ratings, demographics, and mobile device info.

Used to: manage your profile, share with partner companies, send notifications, improve service.

Company Staff

Employees managing internal feedback via Servicelovers dashboard.

  • Register and use profile

Servicelover (Consumer End-user)

Usage by the customer rating a Servicehero via app or web.

  • Contact info: name, email, FB ID
  • Usage activity: ratings history, comments, demographics
  • Device info

General Terms

  • Data stored at Hetzner, Germany (GDPR compliant)
  • Kept for 5 years

Signup via Facebook or Email

Facebook syncs profile data. Email allows Servicelovers to send marketing material.
